I have had the pleasure of working with John for nearly a year, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. John is not only knowledgeable and professional, but dependable and flexible. John always tailored my workouts to my specific needs. He made someone unfamiliar with the gym feel comfortable. He truly made working out fun, which made achieving personal goals that much more exciting! You can feel his passion towards improving the lives of his clients. I highly recommend John to anyone looking for a fitness trainer.
I’ve been working with John for a few months now and he is hands down the best trainer I have had. It is apparent he has a lot of knowledge, expertise, and experience. I have had many injuries and he creates a custom workout for me every time that he quickly modifies if I am having any specific issues that day (rotating issues every time). He’s always on time, enthusiastic, and very attentive. I feel like I am in good hands with him and that he knows what he is doing.
Hes friendly and personable, but his attention is clearly dedicated to my form and making sure I’m progressing during sessions which I love. I’ve had several trainers in the past that get lost in chit chat and stop really paying attention, but that has not been the case with him.
He’s great as pushing me, and also making sure I slow down when I want to push myself too much so I don’t get more injuries.
I really can’t say enough good things about him. He is the best!
I’ve worked out with John over the course of 30 sessions and I’m thrilled with his dedication, professionalism, and organization. We typically train at 5:45am or 6am three days a week, and John is always at the gym before me and ready to go. He has documented plan in hand, a vision for what we’re going to work on that day, and how plan for how that fits into my overall goals. Also, based on his previous experience and education, he has a ton of knowledge and great approach to addressing those injuries that come up when you’re training hard. I’ve worked with several other personal trainers in the past, and while I liked them all, John is by far the best. I’m glad I found him, so much so, that I decided to sign up for another 30 sessions. I can’t wait to get to work on those.
