My name is Jonathan Simmons and I have been in the fitness industry for approximately 3 years. My goal as your personal trainer is to train you to love yourself both inside and out. The first step to getting into shape is understanding your why and learning to love what you see in the mirror day in and day out during your transformation. I am NASM certified and will be completing my Masters of Science in Exercise Science w/ Nutrition and Programming emphasis in May 2023. My motto is Stay Fit. Feel Free. Live Fly. Love You. I look forward to hearing from you to get your fitness journey started.
Hourly rate: $85
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A typical training session will be split between upper and lower body sessions. I always key my sessions into the specific goals of my clients. We will begin with a 5 minute warmup and immediately get into the training session. After the training session a cool down, ab, and stretch session will be conducted as well. Also, each client is given an exercise and food journal to document the sessions for the day and what has been eaten. During each session I will review the journal and continue to give suggestions to improve in diet and use the exercises to progressively increase the intensities throughout our time.
My Bestfriend is my biggest success story. By sticking to a feasible diet and consistent workout regimen he lost a total of 125 lbs and continues to maintain his weight loss through the knowledge he has gained through our sessions.
