Hello! I’m Kadi Moreno, a certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Health & Life Coach, Mat Pilates Instructor, and Pre and Postnatal Trainer. I’m passionate about empowering women to lead healthier, more balanced lives through personalized fitness and nutrition programs tailored to each stage of hormonal life.
I specialize in creating holistic programs that integrate customized workout plans, nutritional guidance, and lifestyle adjustments—all designed to harmonize with your body’s natural rhythms and needs. My approach is deeply rooted in understanding the unique challenges women face, including navigating all phases of the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, and pivotal hormonal shifts such as perimenopause and menopause.
My journey into fitness began with a personal quest to understand the fluctuations I experienced throughout the month and how they affected every aspect of my life. This led me to explore various workouts and lifestyles, igniting a passion for discovering what truly creates lasting results.
Hourly rate: $100
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required

By utilizing circuit-style training, I maximize time efficiency without compromising effectiveness. Each session is tailored to your unique needs and hormonal cycles, ensuring you achieve your fitness goals effectively within your busy schedule.
