I ran cross-country in high school and college and began marathon running once I moved to Japan post undergraduate. I made a switch to bodybuilding in 2020 and competed in the bikini league in 2021 and 2023. I learned a great deal about body recomposition through dieting, resistance training, macro tracking, meal planning, and reverse dieting.
In addition, I taught a fitness course at Temple University, Japan Campus for 1 year. I taught students about basic human biology, nutrition, mental health, various types of exercises, and most importantly, goal setting using SMART goals and self-evaluation & reflection.
After 6 years living in Japan, I have moved back to the States and am ready to help others implement fitness into their lifestyle where they can thrive mentally, emotionally, and physically. Health, fitness, and wellness is my passion and I want to motivate others to become stronger, healthier and most importantly confident!
Hourly rate: $100
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required

I’m very goal oriented and am driven by helping others plan, assess, execute, and achieve their fitness and health goals whether they are big or small. Fitness is a personal journey and requires patience, adherence, and discipline. It’s not alway easy, but that is where I come in and support you through the tough times. There is no growth if there is no challenge. I believe that training needs to be personal to the client’s lifestyle and most importantly the client needs to enjoy their fitness modality. Anything is possible if you set your mind to it… you just may need a little guidance along the way 🙂 Mind over matter!
