Kassandra Kolbeck has been a extremely active individual for most of her life, never wanting to sit still. Her start to fitness started at a very young age where she was active in multiple sports such as; gymnastics, dance, softball, cheerleading, and track. She continued her passion of sport and physical activity into her collegiate studies at the University of North Carolina Greensboro with a B.S in kinesiology as well as a B.F.A in Choreography and Performance. Post graduation she moved to Raleigh, NC where she is a dancer for Black Box Dance Theatre as well as a fitness instructor at Saint Mary’s School and Panther Creek Crossfit. Her hobbies now include hiking, cooking, running, and teaching. She currently has her National Academy of Sport Science Certification (NASM) and would like to continue helping educate and train others on how to safely and effectively make changes in their own body and reach personal goals.

A client can always expect to be challenged in each session with me while maintaining a deeper understanding of why and how each exercise is being performed in order to reach their individual goals. I believe in positive reinforcement when working with others and like to be their personal cheerleader while they work hard to achieve both large and small victories.
My success story is actually myself! Being a dancer and gymnast my whole life I constantly struggled with body image. I dabbled in some weight loss pills, diets, and eventually lead myself to a eating disorder. After working with a personal trainer I saw changes in my body very quickly including fat loss, muscle gain, higher energy levels, and an overall healthier me. By seeing these changes on my own body produced by hard work I realized that I wanted to do this for others. I carried this inspiration into school as well as post graduation earning 2 degrees and 2 certifications. Now, I am able to help others that might just be looking for guidance or that extra push to also see changes in their body in healthy ways.
