Keely provides all-encompassing training programs that are designed for individuals’ specific needs in order to help them achieve there goals in fitness, flexibility, nutrition, injury rehabilitation and prevention, and overall well-being. The workouts are convenientlylocated in homes and offices all over southern Denver, CO, and include resistence training, core training, sports-specific acceleration, postural and flexibilty improvement. No one workout is ever the same with Keely, as muscle-confusion is a key-element to effect change in the body; therefore, the client is continually challenged and never bored. Her synergistic method involves exercises of total body strengthening, balance, and flexibilty in order to teach the body to develop appropriate coordination between the major muscle groups, the internal skeletal muscles, the core muscles, and joint mechanics. The corrective exercise program with Keely is designed with the ultimate goal of creating equal strength and balance throughout the body.

I like to push clients but have a good understanding of people’s limitations based on over 12 years of experience. I am a people person and can make anyone feel comfortable and motivated. The 55 min training session will usually include a warm up, stretching and / or mobility, various sets of exercises (typically total body and core with cardio mixed in) to begin a training program.

I have been working with Keely for a few months now. I have wanted to get a trainer for years and had a number of concerns. I have had a great experience and none of my concerns (issues working out at home, the wrong person, someone not listening, etc.) materialized.
Keely is exactly what I was looking for. She is organized, has multiple different routines, is focused on my goals (functional strength, flexibility, strength, weight loss), pushes me, is a little sadistic (asking for more reps, then more reps, in a good way), is very personable, and adaptable (I had a few days where I didn’t get good sleep and she stepped down those days routines for my energy level).
