This program will consist of a 12-week training program; everything will be explained when given. It will include all the macro advice you need because I don’t necessarily believe in strictly “clean eating”.

I will be teaching and providing you with all the information I know both as a trainer and body builder. It is only a 12-week program because it is intended to act as a starting point in your transition. At the end of the 12-week program you can either keep working with me, or take the knowledge you’ve gained and continue on your own.

The program will consist of strength training, cardio training, and all the other tools and inspiration you will need to accomplish your goal. It will include a suggested weekly grocery list of things I myself purchase, and advice on supplements. These are all strictly suggestions you are NOT forced to buy these things. I am aware that there are a lot of foods that people are either allergic to or do not eat, therefore I will adjust accordingly once we speak and you fill out the nutrition form.

I personally use the iPhone app “My Macros”. I find this to be the best app there is to help keep you on track with your daily macros and see your progress throughout the day. I highly recommend purchasing a scale from Target or Walmart since it is very important to have to track your progress.

You will be able to contact me on a daily basis during the first week of the program; I’ll maintain daily contact with you to ensure you understand the workout regimen and daily nutrients. You have to understand that everyone’s body works differently, so figuring our your diet and what works best for you will be a process. Be aware that something might work one week, but might not settle the same way the next, so you have to communicate with me on how you are feeling. If something is not feeling right or hurting stomach please reach out to me. This also applied to training, if something about a lift feels weird, or you feel like you might hurt yourself, stop and contact me. I will assess what you are doing and either correct or readjust the workout. Don’t ever continue on a lift if something doesn’t feel right, you know your body better than anyone else if something doesn’t feel right then listen to it so you don’t get hurt!
