A client can expect a structured, engaging, and results-focused training session tailored to their unique needs and goals. Each session typically includes:
Warm-Up: A dynamic warm-up to prepare the body, increase mobility, and reduce injury risk.
Skill/Technique Focus: Guidance on proper form, technique, or specific movements (e.g., boxing combinations or strength exercises).
Main Workout: A mix of strength, cardio, or functional exercises designed to challenge the body and build endurance, strength, or flexibility.
Cool-Down: Stretching and recovery exercises to promote flexibility and reduce muscle tension.
Coaching & Feedback: Encouragement, real-time feedback, and actionable tips to keep improving outside of sessions.
Sessions are interactive, encouraging, and adaptable, ensuring clients leave feeling accomplished and motivated.
