Kylee is a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher & Certified Holistic Health Coach with 200+ hours of continued education & teaching experience in the greater Seattle area. Kylee specializes in traditional vinyasa yoga, as well as slow flow & yin-inspired sequences that leave her students feeling energized & more deeply connected with their mind, body, soul, & spirit. As a teacher, Kylee takes a holistic approach & is passionate about inspiring her students to improve wellness through cultivating mind-body awareness that follows them off of their mat & into their daily lives. Kylee embodies the concept of finding flow through the inevitable highs & lows of life, & her vision lies in empowering her students to do the same.
Hourly rate: $80

“I was feeling stuck in my life; I felt like I was almost moving backwards and I wanted to take the first step to get out of that rut. I realized that I stopped caring not only about me, but the people around me too. So, I reached out to Kylee at the beginning of November. After talking, we planned to start doing yoga sessions twice a week and it has been great. During each session I have been able to feel more in touch with myself and it gives me the energy to power through my day in a more meaningful way. One of the biggest things that I have learned and adapted to my life from our sessions is to breathe. Not only to breathe, but to breathe through emotions, breathe through the uncomfortable, and to breathe to clear and settle my mind. I’ve learned to trust myself more and I’ve come to know that I AM capable. I would recommend yoga with Kylee; she’s great and she’s helped me a lot, I truly look forward to our sessions each week. Honestly, everyone I have talked to about yoga I don’t stop talking about it to. I have enjoyed this journey and what it has taught me, and I recommend it to anyone!
