About Lamont L
As a youth I played most team sports but really excelled at Football and Track. In which I continued to play in High School despite being undersized. I have been training, coaching and instructing individuals and groups since 2008. I have been featured in many of Chicago’s top training boutiques and neighborhood gyms. In 2018 I opened the first phase of my own facility to further increase my outreach to many different types of individuals.
