I have experience working with a wide range of clients, but specialize in working with the non-athletic population, helping them identify and reach their fitness goals. I have significant experience working with those recovering from injury or illness. I specialize in creating programs that a client can perform at home with minimal, inexpensive equipment. I have a masters degree in Kinesiology, and based on this and my experience I feel I can help you create a program you enjoy doing, and will help you reach your fitness goals.
Hourly rate:
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A full body workout that does not make them uncomfortable for the next two days. My goal is to teach you to be comfortable with exercising, to the point you don’t need a personal trainer any more.
I provided a workout program to an individual who experienced years of shoulder pain but didn’t qualify for surgery. I provided a ten minute program he completed every morning, and after 2 months he reported significant reduction in pain, and that he was able to finish work without needing to rely on pain killers.
