Hourly rate: $95
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required

– A warm up & cool-down unique to your needs: this includes mobility, stretching, and muscle activation
– A structured workout based on your goals, needs, and preferences
– A lot of coaching, cueing, and encouragement to do your best
– Fun, being challenged, and moment where you surprise yourself in achieving new PR’s and goals
