• building functional capacity, healthspan and longevity for sustaining physically active lifestyle successfully to the very end and it has been producing positive outcomes for general populations.
• replicating movements in the physical world as an alternative to current training to work out isolated muscle groups.
• prioritizing daily movements outside the gym the over machine-based training.
• improving functional movements necessary in real life (squatting, lunging, pulling, rotating, lifting, carrying, balancing, jumping walking, running).
