Howdy! My name is Lisa and my goal is to bring the child-like movement back into your body. I have 10 years experience and a total of 7 years of training that includes a BS degree in Health & Wellness from Purdue University, 2 years of Occupational Therapy training, and 1000+ hours in Yoga Instructor/Therapy training. I can help you discover your unique path to better health, balance, coordination, strength, endurance and flexibility while “playing”. A person ages when then stop playing, so let’s discover how you can play your way to better health – physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Hourly rate: $60
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
We begin with breath work, then combine the breath with gentle warm-up movement exercises. Afterwards we focus on client goals possibly combining strength training with cardio, then balance and strength, core, perhaps practice a peak or challenging pose or exercise, flexibility, and end with breath and meditation.
Many clients have experienced relief or greatly reduced arthritis, reduced back pain, reduced sciatica pain, increased ROM (range of motion), increased strength and muscle tone, avoided surgery of ailments such as trigger finger, improved balance and fall prevention, reduction in stress, anxiety and panic disorder.
