I help people improve not just your physical appearance, but WHOLE BODY wellness. Your mental emotional and physical wellness are all one in the same and each part of your mind body and spirit wellness affects the other aspects. During our sessions together we’ll focus, not just on helping you get toned, lose weight and transform your diet, but we’ll also focus on helping you reduce stress, frustration and stagnation in your life through mindful discussions and assessing each aspect of your life. I will also help you devise plans and help you stay accountable to reducing screen time and sitting time by integrating more nature/outdoor time, movement, mindful, meditative activities.
Classes & One to One Sessions you can choose from include
Foster Nature Connections: Focus on deepening your relationship with the natural world through outdoor activities including mindful walks to connect with the earth and outdoor and indoor meditation
Tai Chi & Qigong: Learn the meditative and flowing movements of Tai Chi & Qi Gong to help improve balance, coordination, and reduce anxiety and screen time while connecting with the natural world’s energy.
Reiki Sessions: Gentle hands-on energy healing to promote relaxation, clear tension and promote mind body and spiritual wellbeing

During a typical client session I begin with a deep-dive discussion into the client’s wellness goals and what they want to get out of their personal wellness routine and lifestyle emotionally, physically and mentally. I then talk with them about the basic principles of meditative and mindfulness exercises including Qi Gong, Tai Chi and Reiki and how clients can benefit from integrating these daily ‘meditation in motion’ practices into their daily routine. I then guide the client through the Yang Style of Tai Chi – short form – which takes the client through 24 steps with just 1-2 steps being introduced per session (or more, depending on our time together and client’s preferred pace). I also incorporate Qi Gong stretch movements and breath work into each session and can include other modalities as well. Each session is designed to help the client reduce stress, strengthen in mind and body and improve balance, mentally, physically and emotionally. I offer mindfulness walk/hike plans as well!
Every client I work with reports feeling a significant reduction in stress, increase in confidence and inner peace and greater mobility and flow of mind and body. My clients also report less muscle tension and a greater sense of well-being following their sessions with me. Other benefits clients have received include better sleep quality, improved relationships and being able to maintain focus on their goals through gaining a greater level of day to day self-awareness and mindfulness.
