I’m the owner of ETLT Women’s Wellness. Eat This Lift That ~ an NASM Certified Professional Personal Trainer, Certified Meditation, Mindfulness, Tai Chi & Reiki Master Practitioner with an MA in Adult Education.

I’ve experienced first-hand how prioritizing strength training and mindful healthy eating will transform your emotional mental wellbeing and fortify mind body confidence each day going forward.

I support women at every age regardless of current fitness level, transform their own minds, bodies, emotions and spirits for fuller enjoyment of life by embracing the magic of 4: eating more mindfully, movement, meditating & strength training.

Inspired by the book “Stop Trying to Lose Weight – – You’re Making Yourself Fatter”, by Brian Murray, my fitness training helps women shift away from fixating on an actual number on the scale as the key indicator of their health confidence and instead shifting to a simpler, far more effective approach focused on:

-prioritizing strength training 3X weekly
-30 min daily moderate cardio
-adopting mindful eating (focused on upleveling water fruits and vegetables)
-and meditative practices for full body wellbeing (Tai Chi, Reiki)

My background- I have 2 decades coaching expertise leading personal development programs for Winter & Summer Olympic training groups and the Walt Disney Company. I currently give virtual & on-location private and semi-private training sessions/classes weekday hours.

Typical Training Session

A client session with me begins with a full lifestyle assessment looking at the client’s work-life balance, current and past fitness routine and present wellness goals. Based on the client’s current fitness level and goals, we develop a weekly weightlifting/strength training plan and motivational eating plan with regular daily check-ins following once weekly sessions. In addition to weight training during the weekly session, we will also incorporate mindfulness and meditation exercises and techniques to support the client’s full mind-body transformation.
