About Loran Dominguez

Born and raised in Texas. I grew up playing competitive sports most of my life. It wasn’t until a back to back injury in tennis that led me to the sport of powerlifting as a form of rehabilitation. I had found my calling the moment I met a bunch of like minded people who enjoyed lifting.

After taking a mini hiatus, it wasn’t until 2015 when I found myself back in sport. From that moment on, I knew I wanted to compete and coach Powerlifting. It wasn’t until 2017 that I decided to move into Strongman to further my education of lifting heavy things. As I grew in each sport, I fell in love with the craft and technique required to be efficient in both. I also fell in love with lifting in a community that felt like family. This is my overall goal with my clients: to provide them with the tools to succeed and fall in love with these sports.

I took this passion and started my pursuit to becoming a coach. I received my NASM CPT as of 2018. Then went on to become Chinese Weightlifting certified level 1 2019. I am a firm believer in being a proactive coach whose continually pursues more knowledge to provide better coaching to all my clients.
