I became a trainer in 2007 because I had to watch my mom suffer and pass away from cancer at the age of 52, so I know how important health and fitness is for the body. I have trained many different people with varying age ranges and goals, so I would love to help you with whatever your goals are. I also do online training and aspire to help many more people in that avenue.
Hourly rate:
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
We will start with a warm-up and mobility work followed by strength training with various forms of weights, cables, and bands.
