Typical Training Session
Clients should come warmed up. I want to spend as much time working with you as possible. We’ll spend about 55 minutes going through workouts.
We focus on form & execution. Lifting heavy for the sake of lifting heavy puts us at risk for injury. Proper form with less weight can help improve strength with less risk of injury.
Our sessions should be informative and educational. I’ll often discuss why we do certain things so you understand the benefits.
