I began my fitness journey as an underweight runner. I then struggled as I put on a lot of bad weight. Depressed, running in circles, not knowing what to do next, I did everything I could to lose weight. I finally did it 19 years ago. I have kept myself under 15% body fat ever since. I’ve fought injuries early on in my fitness journey, including a year long battle with low back pain from an old job that I worked.
I took those experiences into my love for helping people reach their goals. I mostly train clients in weight loss, but I also do beginner to intermediate strength training, and corrective exercise. I have been personal training for 10 years.
Hourly rate: $90
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
Optional warm up, next up is strength training, then sometimes cardio, optional cool down. Workouts are typically 1 hour long. They will vary based on goals, but that is the usual structure.
My client, Avi is a father of 6 and a CEO of a company. He came to with weight to lose and highly stressed out. He lost over 30 lbs and 6 inches off his waist within 6 months. At age 54, he is also playing goalie every Sunday for his youngest son as he practices for hockey. Avi was a former hockey player. He also has much more confidence now as he sometimes has to speak in front of several hundred people. He has kept the weight off ever since he lost it. He has made fitness his lifestyle, even when he travels, he makes sure he works out!
