I used to pursue athletics in high school, specifically Track and Field, but stopped when I reached college. It was there that I began weight lifting in my free time, learning to enjoy the tranquility of the gym and the thrill of success when I began to see the changes in my own physique.
This spawned a passion in fitness and led me into the Exercise Science major at St. Olaf College, which gave me a great foundation upon which I continue to expand my knowledge! This knowledge has not only allowed me to help others attain their goals but has allowed me to continue to achieve my own!
Hourly rate: $40
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required

Each training session will be one that is tailored to fit whatever goals you have set for yourself!
