I have a professional dance background and am full of fitness energy and encouragement. My clients are challenged with a smile and gain confidence knowing they can complete what is asked of them. I have been blessed to teach fitness and help clients understand the importance of proper movement and form for 8 years. I thrive off of inspiring, coaching and leading clients to be their best selves. I have trained clients of all ages, from 15-91 years old, to find a love and appreciation for exercise with a strong foundation of awareness and technique. Currently, I train clients in-home and virtually. I have 2 young children and recently moved back to Austin, TX from Los Angeles. I hope to foster strong relationships and positive bonds with new clients.
Some of my best moments in life have been under the lights, dancing with teammates and friends. These experiences provided me with a great foundation of accountability, ambition, camaraderie and leadership. I believe everyone needs a cheerleader and a team! You are my team, so LET’S GO!

Warm-up begins with dynamic movements to awaken your muscles and build stability with mobility from head to toe. Next, we work together to tackle your desired outcome. I incorporate a variety of exercise methods and equipment, each program is tailored to your goals with love and energy. My passion for yoga and pilates is woven into each session to help you feel your best mentally and physically. The session concludes with assisted stretches and relaxation techniques to soak up your hard work.
I feel everyone should learn how to enjoy exercise, stay healthy and feel great!
