About Meghan Swanson
Hi, I’m Meghan! I am a Yoga Alliance RYT200 yoga teacher. I am trained in and love teaching the following styles of yoga: hatha, vinyasa, power yoga, restorative/yin, and SUP yoga. Yoga has positively impacted not only my physical fitness, but my overall mindset and joy in life. That is why I love sharing yoga with others. My absolute favorite is helping people that are new to yoga develop a yoga practice that is right for them.
I’m also a Certified SUP yoga instructor and a WPA SUP Trained Specialist. I am certified in First Aid & CPR. I grew up surfing. So when I discovered SUP yoga it combined everything I love about being outside on the water and yoga.
My rates listed are for regular yoga (on the ground). If you are interested in SUP yoga, that is a longer session and a higher rate. Please reach out for more details about SUP yoga.

Typical Training Session
My yoga sessions all involve a little bit of breathwork and either a guided meditation or longer savasana in addition to a physical yoga practice. Regardless of wheter you choose a vigorous power yoga session or a relaxing restorative yoga session, you should end class feeling calm and centered.
