Melissa Peda has been interested in health and fitness from a very young age. Watching her mom battle Multiple Sclerosis helped her begin to study the effects of food on disease. Later she would find that she held a gene called MTHFR which can be linked to many different disorders. She became even more interested in the effects of food, and eventually became certified in Ayurvedic Nutrition along with attaining her NASM and Pilates equipment certifications. She considers herself very well rounded in all areas a health and healing and loves helping others learn how to thrive through diet and exercise.

During a client’s first session we talk about goals, take measurements, discuss injury history and also talk about best options for our clients. We have 4 trainers on staff, a health coach and a lot of different equipment. Everyday will be different.
