In a typical training session, clients can expect a structured, focused approach tailored to their specific goals. We’ll begin with a thorough warm-up to prepare the body for the workout and reduce the risk of injury. The session will then progress through a combination of strength, conditioning, and mobility exercises, depending on the client’s needs. I emphasize proper form, efficient movement patterns, and gradual progression. Throughout, I provide constant guidance and feedback, ensuring clients feel supported and motivated. The session will finish with a cool-down and mobility work to enhance recovery and flexibility, ensuring clients leave feeling both challenged and energized.
