I’ve been a personal fitness coach since 2014, specializing in full body exercise plans designed for any fitness level. I incorporate weight resistance, cardio, isometrics,TRX and core training to help clients achieve fat burning, strength and endurance along with balance and stability. I have experience in prenatal, one on one and couple training. I welcome all ages!
Hourly rate: $90
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
We would always start with a warm up, then into a designed workout session based on your current fitness level, using a variety of equipment such as, kettle bells, dumb bells, resistance bands, stability and medicine balls, with all sessions followed by a cool down.
I have several clients that have reached their weight loss and strength training goals and now continue to maintain those results with regular workouts 2-3 times a week, while helping keep their diets focused on healthier eating habits.
