My name is Mohammad, and I am 25 years old. I hold two bachelors degrees-one in Exercise Physiology and the other in Nutrition. I am passionate about continuous learning and personal development. With a diverse range of passions and experiences. I bring a unique perspective to everything I do. My journey began in the world of bodybuilding, where my dedication to fitness and health has been a driving force for many years. I have several athletes who I have coached into becoming pro level bodybuilders. The discipline, commitment, and resilience required in bodybuilding have profoundly shaped my approach to both my personal and professional life. In addition to my passion for fitness, I am also a musician. I play the dhol, a traditional Indian drum, and perform at weddings and other celebrations as an entertainer.

Training Philosophy
I believe in tailoring programs to meet a clients unique needs. It’s important to get an understanding on where someone is at, where they want to go, and how to get there. I believe strongly in progressive overload, which ensures client progression.

Typical Training Session

They can expect an hour of strenuous activities. Not only will they be physically engaged they will also be learning to perform certain movements. Typically before a session begins I asses their goals and current status and implement a plan to adhere to. A workout can consist of high volume or strength training as well. 4 sets of 10-12, 4 sets of 5-7, or drop sets/circuit sets.


Client success story

I have worked with several clients with unique goals. One of my clients is a professional bodybuilder who competes in shows. I coached him throughout his journey and he earned his ifbb pro card in just his 5th show. I have also coached a client and helped him lose over 40 pounds and put on muscle in 3 months. I have experience with women who gained a lot of weight from pregnancy and I coached them to perfection.


Hobbies
I play the Dhol instrument, I bodybuild, I play basketball and I love cooking
