After a very long plateau of a consistent 223-224 lbs… I increased my workout length, doubled my rep ability, adjusted breakfasts protein level and decreased my weight to 219! Now that is a win win win win win!

Tonight I reached and went beyond a few different goals ive set in the fitness room. I dont post all my successes or milestones but this is big for this guy.
I wasn’t feeling it Tonight so decided to just do cardio. I set out to do 10 or 15 minutes just to do something in the mindset of not wanting to do anything. I ended up on the treadmill for 40 minutes. Not unusual but I’ve shifted my workouts from cardio primarily to weights and circuit.
The reason for my post.
I’ve been building running and jogging endurance. Tonight I put in 2.6 miles.
I jogged steady for 14.4 minutes for to get one of those miles after jogging 7 minutes. Went on to jogging another 10 or so. Over 30 of my 40 minutes was jogging or running. Solid. Ive been steadily building from 1-2 and so on minutes . – Dave

SO I KNOW IVE PROBABLY BEEN OVERSHARING MY JOURNEY HERE BUT TONIGHT I HIT A HUGE MILESTONE ITS BEEN ADLEAST 4 YEARS SINCE I WEIGHED BELOW 260 . I VE REACHED 267 ONCE DOING KETO and ABOUT 2.5 YEARS AGO IN RECOVERY AND WAS FRUSTRATEDanother time IN THE FIRST FEW MONTHS living at the Treatment center BECUASE I WAS WORKING OUT LIKE CRAZY AND NOT MOVING THE SCALE AT ALL. THAT WENT ON FOR 6 MONTHS IN TREATMENT. I NOW KNOW IT WAS ALL THEM HEAVY CARBS AND THE FACT I WAS BUILDING MUSCLE FASTER THAN I WAS LOSING FAT WEIGHT.
WHEN I STARTED THIS NEW JOURNEY ROUGHLY 3 MONTHS AGO I WAS AROUND 303LBS TONIGHT I BROKE BELOW THE 260 THRESHOLD. ZHE LAST TIME I NEW OF A WEIGHT BELOW THAT WAS WHEN I WAS ON ACTIVE ADDICTION AND HOVERED AT 220. FAIRLY HEALTHY FOR MY CORN FED BUILD-MINUD THE DRUGS. I HIT 259 TONIGHT – Dave
