About Morgan Brenner


I have been into fitness for the past 6-7 years! I was an athlete in high school which really sparked my love for being active and reaching goals. I went to University of Wisconsin- La Crosse for a B.S in Exercise & Sport Science with a minor in nutrition. While going to school I worked in a variety of fitness jobs including the LIVESTRONG program which is a 3 month training program for cancer survivors. I also worked in corporate wellness facility as a group fitness instructor and was supervisor of the weight room on campus. I also did an adapted fitness program where I was training adults with physical or cognitive disabilities. Through all of this I worked towards my ACE Personal Training Certification and was training clients online. I am currently in my last semester which is an internship for the BfitBwell program at the CU Anschutz Health and Wellness Center training cancer patients. I love working with people of all populations and love helping clients set and reach their goals.

Typical Training Session

I typically start with a cardio and dynamic warm up getting the whole body warmed up. Then focus on the body parts that we will be mostly working on for that session getting them extra warmed up or activated. It depends on the clients goals, but most often do resistance training, either full body or focusing on certain muscle groups each time and then some metabolic training in each session as well. At the end of the session usually expect some stretching and a cool down.


Client success story

One of my clients that did my 6 week challenge lost 15 lbs, 3 inches off her waist, and started seeing muscle definition in places she hadn’t seen before! She felt so much stronger and healthier, more energized and so much better. She absolutely killed it!


Hobbies
I love playing volleyball, I played in high school and now it's mostly sand and bar leagues. I also love hiking, skiiing, going boating, basically anything outdoors. I listen to pretty much any kind of music it's hard to pick a favorite!
