About Natalie Novak

I’ve been a personal trainer since January 2008. I provide both in-home training and studio training. I mostly work with general weight loss and rehabilitation clients.

I have had Lupus since I was 9 years old. Due to this disease, I’ve experienced joint damage in the hands, feet and elbows. Due to this set back I know how to modify many workouts for limited mobility.
