I am graduate of B.S. in exercise science, and have used that degree to be a personal trainer. I have speciality in building muscle through strength/hypertrophy training. I have been around physical fitness my whole life playing baseball for 10+ years. I have been involved in weightlifting for the past 5+ years and am very knowledgeable in designing programs for specific needs with all different kinds of clients; general population, athletes, or post injury patients.
Hourly rate: $80
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
I am very friendly, but straight forward. I will build an exercise program that is fun but effective, so that you stay engaged and are becoming more physically fit and feel healthier in your body after every session that we work together. Our session will include resistance training, plyometrics, cardiovascular training, mobility training, with addition of requested training styles needed for specific clients.
My biggest success story is the story of how I transformed my body. I was a very skinny kid coming out of high school, and in about a year I was able to gain 20 lbs of muscle, while also staying lean. I didn’t have a personal trainer or follow guidance by others. I was able to teach myself how to grow muscle using my own strategies and tactics in the gym. The transformation photos will be posted in my profile to view my progress.
