Hello! My name is Olatunde Oladipo. You can call me Tunde (Toon-day). I have an Exercise Science Degree with a Concentration in Physical Therapy. As I did my shadowing as well my internships, I began to notice something. A lot of the patients I was working could have avoided the need for PT if they would have taken better care of themselves earlier on in life. Simply working out on a consistent basis and eating right could help reduce the chance of having to deal with PT and headaches involved. I believe it is important for us to use and appreciate our bodies. I also coach soccer and track& field for a high level high school athletes who go on to play at the Division 1 level. I want to help anyone who wants to feel better physically, improve and challenge themselves athletically and just feel better emotionally and spiritually. Which I hope would lead to a long and healthy life.
Hourly rate: $70
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
Typical Session
Check-in (Go over what our goals are, how you feel mentally, emotionally and physically, and go over our plan for the session)
Warm-up- 5-10 mins
Workout 30-45 mins (Depending on the goal of workout)
Mindfulness/Meditation 5-10mins (Reflect on the workout, how you felt during and how you feel after)
Review ( chat about any questions you have, what to expect for our next session, and how you can prepare and progress on your own in between sessions)
