I specialize in helping women in midlife gain the strength they need to live their best lives. I apprenticed under a Medical Exercise Specialist before getting my ACE certification in 1998. I have taken at least 20 hours of continuing education every two years since, with a focus over the last ten years on how exercise affects hormones. I design personalized programs, meeting women where they’re at, then building from there. My goal is to get you to the point where you can confidently navigate your own exercise program and become the independent, self-assured, strong woman capable of living her best life.
Hourly rate: $85
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
We always start with a dynamic warm-up to lubricate the joints. Then we’ll proceed into strength training exercises to build muscle and bone, increase metabolism, and reduce cortisol levels. Short bursts of interval training may be incorporated, depending on how the client is feeling that day. We end each session with stretching to improve flexibility.
Clients start sleeping better and thus, feeling better. They love getting stronger, and they feel they can handle life’s stresses more easily.
