Patryk has experience working as a dietetic technician in a clinical setting, personal training and nutrition coaching at multiple commercial gyms, and division one strength and conditioning experience as an intern. He has competed in multiple strength sports including Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, and strongman. He has experience training strength athletes for meets and implementing weight cut and body recomposition protocols leading into contests. He currently has been training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, boxing, and Muay Thai to further his understanding of proper training principles for combat sports. His training philosophy involves building foundational strength, conditioning, and durability along with periodized nutrition.
Hourly rate: $75
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A functional warmup to improve weaknesses, conditioning, and prepare for the session. Each session begins with a strength movement, then proceeds to targetted accessory exercise, and finishes with core or a finisher depending on the clients goals.
