I am a certified personal trainer (ISSA) located in Burbank, CA! My main job is a composer for film and TV, and have developed a passion for health and fitness after getting tired of the sedentary lifestyle that comes with working in a studio. In the process, I have also developed a love (obsession) for the outdoors, and have become an avid hiker and trail/ultrarunner!! I am EXCITED to help you get into shape, and meet your fitness goals!!
Hourly rate: $95
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
Each session will begin with a recap of your nutrition habits throughout the weekend and strategize on how to keep consistent. Then, we will go into a workout routine programmed by the client’s needs and goals.
