As a dedicated Health and Fitness Professional with over 20 years of experience in personal training, group exercise, and health education, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every training session. Certified by leading industry organizations such as NASM, ACE, and AFAA, and with specialized training in kettlebells, pre and postnatal fitness, swimming, and suspension training, I offer a diverse range of fitness disciplines to help you achieve your goals.
During a typical training session with me, you can expect a holistic, personalized approach that encompasses both physical and mental well-being. As a lifelong athlete and USMC veteran, I draw from my extensive experience to craft innovative, results-driven workouts tailored to your specific needs and preferences.
A session with me typically includes:
1. Dynamic warm-up to prepare your body, improve flexibility, and reduce injury risk.
2. Customized workout combining strength training, cardio, and functional movements, focusing on proper form and technique. As a former Force Reconnaissance Marine with distinctions including US Army Special Forces Military Freefall Parachutist, Combat SCUBA Diver, Amphibious Reconnaissance Marine, and US Army Ranger, I incorporate innovative training methods to challenge and empower you.
3. Regular assessments and progress tracking to monitor development, celebrate milestones, and adjust your training plan as needed.
4. Ongoing guidance, motivation, and support throughout the session, fostering a positive environment to push your limits and achieve your goals.
5. Purposeful cool-down with stretching and recovery techniques to aid muscle recovery and improve flexibility.
6. Valuable insights on nutrition, stress management, sleep, and other lifestyle factors crucial to your overall health and fitness success, drawing from my experience as a Health and Safety Instructor for the American Red Cross.
