Train out of your home – The trainer comes to you.
I have been fortunate enough to have 6 years of personal training under my belt. Experience wise, I have trained a variety of clients looking for different end goals including fat loss, muscle building, pregnancy/prenatal training (throughout the entirety of her 9 months), sport specific training (football, basketball, and volleyball), corrective/postural training, and the general health and wellness training. I love every second of it and enjoy when I get a client that has a goal/situation that I haven’t trained before because I get to learn! I’m currently a junior at Aurora University in the Exercise Science program and when I’m done, I want to work as a strength & conditioning coach for a high-level college or professional sports team. I also worked in the physical therapy field for 2 years which added another scope of health and wellness and was fortunate enough to work with professional athletes, college athletes, and pre/post-op patients.

A typical training session will last for approximately 60 minutes with the specific training style you are looking for whether that’s strength training, fat loss, functional exercise, etc. I will include mobility exercises, proprioception exercises, and stretching because those are very important areas that everyone can improve on no matter your goals. Everything you do in a session I have done myself and I can easily regress or progress as necessary so no worries. Other than that, we have fun, work hard, and I want you to look forward to training because you’re getting better.
I had been working with other personal trainers when I met Quincy and immediately wanted to only work with him. He is so personable, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for his clients. Quincy trained me for over a year to help me lose weight and again when I was pregnant and wanted to keep active and build strength. When I was trying to lose weight we usually started a workout with a run and he would always run with me which made it so much easier than running alone! He also got a scale that would track weight, body fat, and other metrics to help see our progress. When I was pregnant, Quincy did a research on pregnancy safe workouts. He always had a good balance between pushing me to be better and knowing when I hit my limits and needed to pull back. I have also asked for meal plans and workout plans to do on my own and he always comes through with great recommendations. I can’t thank Quincy enough for all of his help and would recommend him to anyone who wants a great workout, wants to learn anything fitness related and wants to make a great friend along the way!
