Hi, I’m Rachel! I’m a certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor with a background in pre-medicine and endurance training. My fitness journey took a personal turn after a motorcycle accident left me relearning how to walk, which deepened my passion for injury prevention, rehabilitation, and helping others build strength from the inside out. I specialize in functional movement, mobility, and strength training, blending my expertise in Pilates and traditional fitness to help clients move better, feel better, and achieve their goals—whether that’s running their first race, improving flexibility, or gaining confidence in the gym.
Hourly rate: $90
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required

Each session is tailored to your specific goals, whether that’s strength, endurance, flexibility, or overall movement quality. I focus on proper form, intentional movement, and progressive overload to ensure you get results safely and effectively. Expect a combination of strength training, mobility work, and functional exercises that challenge you while keeping workouts engaging and purposeful.
One of my clients came to me struggling with chronic low back pain due to tight hip flexors and weak glutes. Through a combination of Pilates-based core work, mobility drills, and progressive strength training, she not only eliminated her pain but also gained the confidence to start weightlifting—a goal she never thought she could reach. Seeing her go from hesitant and frustrated to strong and pain-free was an incredible transformation!
