I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, currently working on my Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification to provide a more well-rounded program for her clients.
Hourly rate: $80
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required

I use biofeedback range of motion testing alongside her strength program to help her clients find the best movement patterns for their specific needs and goals. I believe that movement is a necessary part of treating the whole self, but that there is not one right way to move, because everybody and every body is unique. You can expect to gain more than a personal trainer; she is a support system and an educational tool, focused on helping clients to recognize their inherent inner strength and apply that to learning how to use their physical strength to improve not only their mental health but their longevity. I create individual programs with options to ensure that every client is exactly where they need to be every step of the way on their fitness journey.
