Let’s expand our vision and look at where you can be tomorrow, not only where you are today. Our training will be a combination of strength training with an emphasis on core stability and postural control. The best way to burn fat is to first build muscle. We want to build you up, not break you down! We can do so in a pain free controlled environment. “Stand tall, big chest” is a cue you will often hear me say. This is for a multitude of reasons – Good posture exudes confidence. You’ll begin to ask yourself, “If I was able to take my body and transform it into a leaner, stronger, and more capable version of what it was, using nothing but my willpower and drive to do so, what else could I transform?”

Raj is a fantastic personal trainer who helped me develop a personal training plan just for me and helped me to get back in the groove of getting up and going to workout. I wanted a trainer because I didn’t know how to work out alone and gyms can be intimidating. It was a really great idea and I would absolutely work with Raj again. He worked with me and taught me the concepts of fitness and nutrition. The workouts are always enjoyable and they do challenge you but you never know what you’ll be doing the next day which is exciting and it’s never boring.! I started training with Raj to help me with my weight loss and strengthening goals for my upcoming wedding. It was the first time I had ever worked with a trainer and to say he is the best is an understatement. Raj’s training style is collaborative, motivational and we always laugh a lot. His confidence in my abilities and what I can accomplish only helped my own confidences grow and I no longer think I can’t do something. I never thought I would look forward to training, but with Raj as my training partner, it is great.
