I began my journey in the fitness industry after going through my own weight loss transformation. I began walking, only being able to get in 1/4 of a mile at first, and slowly worked my into a gym. The first time I attended a gym was the worst experience of my life (I never went back to that one) and once I was able to drop all my weight and start feeling better about myself I knew that I needed to help others with their journeys as well because I did not want them to have the same experience on their first visit as I did. I’ve been personal and group training since 2017.
I love assisting people with their journeys and helping them reach goals.
I have competed in 3 bodybuilding competitions. I do have aspirations to compete again in 1-2 years while I work on toning and building and helping clients reach their goals.
Hourly rate: $100
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A typical training sessions will provide the client with an active warm up. The session will then proceed with movements based on their current abilities (either from an initial assessment or from knowledge from the previous workout). The workout may be HIIT style, focused on strength training or functional movements, and may include stabilization and/or mobility exercises as well as potential core movements depending on what the client needs. At the end of the session, the client will be provided with cool down instructions.
I had a client join a weight loss competition – I trained him and provided him with nutritional guidance. The competition was 8 weeks and he wont the competition and $1,000 by losing 35.8 lbs in 8 weeks.
