I am a movement coach, holistic fitness trainer, and exercise therapist with years of experience in the gym and physical therapy offices. My passion is body mastery and sustainable personal evolution. I will strive to empower each client to optimize their lives, find harmony, and focus on the longitudinal care of their bodies. I believe that a harmonious movement practice should not require sacrifice, and work to make our journey as simple and attainable as possible!
My instructing style centers on gentle guidance and sustainable techniques to help my clients reach their goals, always leading with patience and compassion. I specialize in rehabilitation and work diligently as a companion while you work to build confidence and trust in yourself.
Whether training to prevent injuries, reach functional goals, or recover from previous injuries, the safest way to adapt and grow is with personalized and informed instruction. I will bring science-based, expert guidance to ensure your progress is always pain-free.
I am comfortable working with clients of all ages and abilities. I offer professional nutritional guidance, mindfulness exercises, mind-body connection, resistance training, functional movement training, injury rehabilitation, proprioceptive and balance training, and corrective exercise programming.

Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
Sessions will vary based on goals and desired format. Typical sessions will have a warm-up and cool-down period, including PNF stretching to maximize mobility gains. Depending on the equipment that is accessible, resistance training can include body-weight, calisthenics, suspension (TRX) training, and weight training.
