Train out of your home – The trainer comes to you.
My drive from fitness comes from my love of movement in all forms. As a professional dancer I have had the pleasure to push beyond my limits in ways that “normal” people never get to do.
My coaching style is quite mixed but the center of it all is movement mastery in its most raw form. I have trained in several different modalities from power lifting and kettlebells to TRX suspension training to calisthenics. My goal is to help you achieve a whole new level of awesome. If I’ve taken anything from my dance experience its that you cannot achieve a new level until you’ve mastered your basics.

A training session with me will have a lot of laughs, but it will be hard work devoted to your goals.
I will come prepared with a program that we will use as a roadmap to get to your goals as quickly as possible. Each session will include a warm up, mobility, strength training, and a cool down. Now, while the quickest route from point A to point B is a straight line, sometimes the less dangerous path isn’t quite so direct. With me, we will analyze your progress to make sure that we get you there injury free, and feeling good after every single session.
My very first client, Trent, was a professional ballroom dancer. He came to me with his partner because their coach told them they needed to get stronger to get to the next level of winning.
I learned so much about coaching these two and will say that they are the reason why I consider myself a great coach. Trent took to heart every piece of information I gave him and I saw him put in the work on the days we didn’t see each other. This guy really gave it every single bit of himself – I was truly inspired.
After several months of training he let me know that he was going to join the Army, so we shifted our training gear to getting him prepared for basic training. Once he was done with basic training, he came back and we had a session. He told me that not only was he one of the strongest guys in basic training, but that it felt much easier compared to our sessions. Honestly, what more could a coach ask for?
