Hi, I’m Ryan, I’m a former Marine Corps Officer, Firefighter/EMT, Certified Personal Trainer, Competitive Boxer and Triathlete, and Professional Model.
With this background, I have the knowledge and expertise to help you reach your health and fitness goals. I specialize in Body Recomposition, Strength and Conditioning, and Circuit/Interval Training in order to cut down body fat, build muscle mass and boost your confidence and energy.
Hourly rate: $60
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required

A client can expect to be challenged, motivated, and mentored throughout the session. Proper form will be assessed and upheld, and time-effective workouts will ensure you get the most out of your session. Warm-ups, cool-downs, core exercises, mobility, stretching and recovery are included to provide an effective, well-rounded workout.
I’ve been training with Ryan for about 3 months now and it’s been a complete life changer for me. I’ve gone from a sedentary lifestyle to hitting up the gym every day now thanks to him. Besides helping me with the workouts, he’s given me advice on everything from nutrition & supplements to Netflix shows. I highly recommend Ryan, especially if you’re new to fitness or trainers. He was very patient while I learned the various routines and made absolutely sure that my form was correct before we moved on. He was also flexible with my hectic work schedule. Lastly Ryan is super personable, very easy to talk to and ask questions. I’m able to text him for a quick arm workout while working late at the office for example. There would be a time for chatting and discussing weekend plans, and a time for burning out that last set. 20lbs down so far!
