Ryan has always been involved in sports and exercise from a young age and it has been his passion to make it his profession. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from the University of Missouri and is a certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM EP-C). He has also been through extensive continuing education courses and is a Mastery Level Resistance Training Specialist (RTSm), Muscle Activation Techniques Jumpstart Certified, and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified (PN1).
Ryan’s approach to training includes creating programs that are efficient, effective, and appropriate for each client in order to help them achieve their health, wellness and fitness goals. This is accomplished by using strategic force application and exercise set up in order to improve the muscles’ ability to contract. Over time and with proper progression, this will strengthen your body and keep your joints healthy with the end goal being to improve your fitness level.
Also an avid learner, Ryan is constantly searching for the most up to date exercise and nutrition information available and continually sharpening his skillset in order to make the best exercise decisions possible for his clients. Ryan’s attention to detail, professional demeanor, and expertise make him an exceptional choice for individuals wanting to build a better body.
