My fitness background started in 1975 when I suffered from debilitating panic and anxiety attacks. I read everything I could about that condition and learned that by changing your nutrition and exercising can help alleviate the attacks. Along with meditation – journaling and acceptance. BINGO! Attacks gone and never to returned. This prompted me to become a health/wellness and fitness expert. I wrote a book called Fitnevision in 2011 that was my story and how I overcame panic and anxiety attacks. I have been a fitness professional for 25 years and have never been more passionate about anything else. I absolutely love what I do and love teaching others how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Hourly rate: $100

I always start with a diagnostic consultation first
This includes a health history- dietary habits – we discuss goals for your success with strategies to overcome obstacles that keep you from your fitness/ nutrition program. The final stage of the diagnostic consultation is a Body Age Assessment Meter that reads out the clients weight – body fat – visceral fat – BMI- Muscle strength – Resting Metabolic Rate and your Real Body Age.
This is the only way I can know as a professional exactly what type of fitness/nutrition program is best for the individual. I call it my roadmap to physical and mental success.

I have a client who I have been working with since 2006. She has changed her whole way of eating and exercising and as a result has lost 35 lbs and has kept it off. Also because we changed her nutrition she now does not suffer from horrible vertigo episodes. Which she struggled with for years.
I work closely with a homeopathic – holistic doctor who I referred this client to for her vertigo. When I got her test results she tested for high food allergies to sulfates, #40 food dye ( she WAS a big gummy bear addict which is where the food dye came from for the most part) all dairy and wheat and bulgar. Changed her diet it changed her life!!!
