Hello everyone, I am Santiago Medina, a personal trainer with a bachelors in kinesiology. Helping people reach their athletic/ fitness goal is a passion of mine and I take pride in every journey I assist with. From being pain free, weight loss transformations, and becoming better athletically to earn a college scholarship, every goal can and has been attained. My experience started while playing college football, helping local athletes with their sport specific abilities, after finishing school I was equipped with the knowledge to help pretty much any physical goal.
Hourly rate: $80

Usually I start my clients off with juggling or band work just depends on the day and what is required for the client. Bands are a great way to activate the muscles about to be used and juggling helps mind muscle connectivity. and a great way to get moving. Strength training is a base in my programming and will be done after activation. Three phases will be accomplished with in a full program Stability, Strength, and Power specific workout will be tailored to each client for each phase. During breaks or down time I like to get to know my clients to strengthen that bond between athlete and personal trainer. HIIT workouts and agility workouts are also a staple in my training as they are beneficial for weight loss as well as preventing injury. In every session I will aim to teach you why we are doing what we are doing and the benefits of it.
