Sara Isaac Redman, RYT 500: Yoga teacher & student, explorer, cook and lover of nature. This New Jersey native and recent Tennessee transplant started practicing yoga after trying a myriad of treatments to mitigate her anxiety. She quickly discovered that yoga was the most effective way to improve her mood and make life more joyful. Sara finds pleasure in helping her students develop concentration, compassion, and creative self-expression, on and off the mat. A curious student herself, she has studied yoga extensively, completing over 1000 hours of yoga teacher training within the last 4 years alone. Sara’s classes help people of all ages and abilities to practice yoga both safely and light-heartedly.

Yoga is a tool and practice that helps build resilience, self esteem and character. Each session will help you do these as you stretch gently, breathe nourishingly, and strengthen lovingly.
