I received my B.A. from ASU in Interdisciplinary Studies of Global Health and Sustainability with a minor in Food System Sustainability
I have been working as a personal trainer for the past 6 years, and have helped hundreds of people lose weight, transform their lives, and heal their relationship with food. I guide my clients to grow mentally, physically, and spiritually!

My session run 1 hour. I set up an initial meeting to discuss your goals and to create a game plan. I travel to you, or you come to me.

“My entire life I’ve been an athlete. I grew up dancing, playing soccer, running hurdles and sprints for track, and more recently running distance races. I’ve always enjoyed gym time, but sometimes school and work got in the way, and before I knew it, I was falling off the wagon. I was always considered petite and athletic, until my second year of college. College stress made me gain 40+ pounds, along with bad diet and not enough time to care for myself. I’ve tried many different ways to lose weight, but nothing worked quite like Sarah’s program!
