with over 20 years experience in the fitness field, all my clients have achieved extraordinary results. My clients range from 15 to 100 years old. They experienced weight loss, increased muscle tone, flexibility and stamina. My passion is to develop a plan that helps all my clients achieve their desired goals. It my include nutrition, activity levels, weight training and a host of other areas.
Hourly rate: $100
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
