After our initial consultation we begin by building an individualized fitness and nutrition program based on your goals and progress up from Simple Optimal Wellness and Balanced Nutrient Consumption concepts to Progressive Cardio Training, Corrective Flexibility, Functional Core Training, and Functional Integrated Training. The depth and complexity of this extension is based on your current ability level as a client. During this time we also layer in positive behavioral-habit training, breath work and accountability coaching practices in order to assist you in structurally fortifying habits and behaviors that will serve you long after our sessions come to a close. Programs are altered on a monthly to Bi/Tri monthly cycles in order to create a year long wellness continuum for clients.

Shane has been coaching me for almost 2 years. I don’t regularly post reviews. However, because of my results thus far, I felt compelled to share my experience with you.
I appreciate that Shane tailors the workout to my needs and does not take a “one size fits all approach.” Each session starts with a sequence of stretches to warm up the body and mind (almost meditative) which allows for a more focused and impactful workout, injury-free.
I always feel safe with Shane. His compassion and patience is much appreciated. His approach is void of yelling and criticizing (turns out it doesn’t take a “meat head” to get in shape). He is very systematic and methodical. Shane has helped my breathing technique which extends outside of my “home gym.” (Stressful situations are less impactful when you breathe well.) Feedback from friends and family confirms the increase in my muscle tone, as does my mirror (lol), and the ultimate measure, the body scale at my doc’s office, which shows I have gained over 5 lbs of muscle, I have much better core strength, better sleep, and more energy.
During my almost two years with Shane, I have had 2 sinus surgeries. First one about 6 months after we started and the second 13 months later. I had a much faster recovery time after the second one which I attribute in great part to his coaching.
